Help 1yr old Zelah With Bone Marrow Transplant
This is Zelah Tianna, our precious 1-year-old baby girl from Camarines Sur, Philippines who is facing a battle that no child should ever endure. Behind her bright smiles and infectious giggles, Zelah is facing a giant challenge. She needs a Bone Marrow Transplant to give her a fighting chance at life.

She was first hospitalized in September 2023, and it was a near miss for our precious daughter. Her blood levels were critically low so she had to be given immediate and intensive care. After weeks of multiple tests and 2 bone marrow tests, Zelah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic/Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-cell) at only 9 months old.😢
We were at a loss, how could that happen? She's too young...but we were determined to do everything we could to ensure that Zelah overcomes it. And so with the help of our friends and families, we rallied to get extended support through different campaigns & fundraisers. Praise God for all the givers and supporters!🙌 Zelah was able to get her chemo port implanted and proceed with her treatment.

She has been fighting this aggressive leukemia with every ounce of her strength since October 2023. Her journey wasn't easy. Our little princess bravely fought through multiple infections, Covid-19, pneumonia, and even a severe allergic reaction to one of her chemo. She demonstrated resilience through chemotherapy, enduring countless needles and procedures, getting blood transfusions on multiple occasions, and reaching the 3rd phase.

But after Zelah's chemo on April 6th, her tiny body just wasn't bouncing back as quickly as we'd hoped. Her white blood cells that fight infections stayed really low so her next chemo sessions were getting pushed back again and again. After >3 weeks, her doctor did a bone marrow test. When we saw the results - RELAPSED - our hearts were shattered into a million pieces, again. It felt like we were back at square one.😢
Her infantile cancer is back. We're heartbroken. 💔 We're scared. But most of all, we just want to fight like crazy for our precious baby girl.💪🏻

Unfortunately, the most advanced treatments are unavailable in the Philippines. Bone marrow/stem cell transplant (BMT/SCT) is her best chance right now – a chance to win this fight and experience a full life. She needs to get the transplant immediately, as soon as she reaches remission by chemotherapy. Timing is critical.
With a minimum cost of $75,000 (excluding other fees - like doctors' fees, chemotherapy before the transplant, etc.), this transplant is our only path forward. Prior treatments have exhausted our resources. Even with our family income, and the proceeds from online selling (as a fundraiser) combined, the financial burden of this transplant is something our family simply cannot manage on our own, leaving us relying on the kindness of others.

Zelah is more than just a patient; she's our bubbly sunshine, a fighter who refuses to give up. She has recently learned how to walk (unsupported), and every milestone we dream of - playing with friends, going to school - seems within reach with successful treatment.
Our deepest hope is simple: for Zelah to grow up healthy, strong, and full of life, and to experience its beauty. We envision her sharing her story – a living testament to God's grace and goodness.✨
We believe in the power of faith, love, and the generosity of people who may not know us personally but still choose to extend their hearts and blessings.
