Swire Hotels for Soap Cycling Virtual Walkathon 2022

Looking to contribute to help fight the pandemic? One of our charity-partners, Soap Cycling, is hosting "Double Impact with Soap" Virtual Walkathon 2022 to raise fund for the distribution of at least 6,000 hygiene kits containing soap, masks and other hygiene products to the socially disadvantaged communities in this upcoming quarter (including the homeless, street cleaners, ethnic minorities, refugees and low income families). Swire Hotels will participate in this event as a Group, with the goal of raising HK$20,000 to support TMs in walking 30 kilometres:

Goal:
• Virtual Walkathon – crowdsource 30km
• Fund to raise – HKD20,000

To participate:
1. In the Virtual Walkathon — just start walking, and share the distance you have walked plus a photo (e.g. of your walk, or devices that recorded the distance you walked, etc.) on Beekeeper with #SHforSoapWalkathon2022 by 10 April. We are crowdsourcing the 30km so no limit is set on the walking distance, ideally 1km or more.
2. By donating to support TMs in the Walkathon — just follow the instructions to donate on the page
3. Doing both is very welcome!

Every HKD100 will be able to provide a week's hygiene products usage for 3 people in the socially disadvantaged groups. Our fundraising target of HKD20,000 will be enough to provide a week's hygiene product usage for 600 people!

Any donation going toward the “Double Impact with Soap” Virtual Walkathon 2022 before 31 March will be matched Dollar-for-Dollar by an anonymous donor for a total sum up to HKD100,000, so if we could reach our target of HKD20,000 before 31 March, Soap Cycling would receive HKD40,000! Let’s double the impact and get your donation in before 31 March!

想出一分力幫忙對抗疫情，依家有個簡單直接的好方法。我哋一向合作開嘅慈善團體「 Soap Cycling 再皂福」現正舉辦「“肥皂雙重效益” 虛擬步行馬拉松2022」，籌款向本地弱勢社群如無家者、街道清潔工、少數族裔、難民及低收入家庭等派發至少6,000個防疫包，內含肥皂、口罩及其他衛生用品，以助他們抗疫。我哋當然大力支持！由於受疫情限制，我們將以團體形式參加，目標係2022 年 4 月 10 日前籌得港幣2萬元支持參與嘅團隊成員合共步行30公里。

目標：
• 虛擬步行馬拉松 — 眾籌30公里
• 籌款 — 港幣2萬元

參與方法:
1. 想參與虛擬步行馬拉松 — 只要喺4月10日前步行並喺 Beekeeper share 所步行距離&照片一張（例如步行路線、期間景色、步行距離紀錄等），再加 #SHforSoapWalkathon2022 即可。由於係集合眾人之步走30公里，所以步行距離不限，但最好1公里或以上。
2. 想捐款支持團隊成員多多步行 — 只要跟住呢個page嘅指示捐款即可
3. 以上兩樣都做晒﹐非常歡迎！

每HKD100嘅捐款可為3個弱勢人仕提供一星期嘅衛生用品，而我哋嘅目標HKD20,000就足夠為600人提供一星期的衛生用品。請捐款支持參與步行嘅團隊成員，多多益善少少無拘，善款會全數捐贈 Soap Cycling。
