HELP RAISE FUND BECAUSE #GREATGWYNWILLWIN
From a family member:
Hi, everyone! Thank you for taking the time to click the link. This post was published to invite everyone to join a three-year-old girl fight her battle against cancer. Any amount will not only equip our little warrior with financial assistance to support her medication, but will make her feel that she is not alone in this fight.
#GreatGwynWillWin - Cancer can’t stop our little achiever. She is going to give her Acute Promyeloyctic Leukemia (APL) an upright fight. As you read on, you will understand how the #GreatGwynWillWin came to be.
A Blessed Harvester Consecrated by God
Born in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, she was named Teri Gwyn Ysabelle, which means a blessed harvester consecrated by God. Buday, as many of us fondly call her, was raised in Iloilo City, Philippines, and there she grew up as bubbly as her name. She has become a great source of pride and joy to her mother and father. As young as three, our little Buday started her pre-nursery at Brilliant Kinder School Iloilo City, where she earned many awards and recognition. Smart. Friendly. A young achiever. A doctor-in-the-making! #GreatGwynWillWin.
The Greatest Test of Faith
A day prior to Gwyn’s moving up day, she underwent Bone Marrow Test / Biopsy. And on the 20th of March 2017 she was diagnosed with Acute Promyeloyctic Leukemia (APL). I searched Google and found out that it is a rare subtype of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in children. But, we know in our hearts, that in the most trying times, God does miracles, our #GreatGwynWillWin.
Moving Up with Hope
Sharing these photo from Gwyn’s moving up day last March 15, 2017. There is no APL depicted in them. Just pure happiness, pride, and hope. Gwyn ended the school year with Most Helpful, Creative and Cooperative recognition and the only academic excellence awardee in the pre-nursery. Because #GreatGwynWillWin. These photo is a proof!
Never Say Never!
March 28, 2017 was day one of Gwyn’s battle, her first chemotherapy session at Philippine Children’s Medical Center, Quezon City. Her mother, father, and many of us believe that our Buday was born as one of God’s greatest warriors! And this photo is a testament to her strength, courage and God’s miracle! She was sent by a family member her favorite coloring book. And in the same way she is to our family, the coloring book was filled with colors, and each stroke is Gwyn’s way of saying “I will get better each day. You will see. God is always with me.”
Your generosity can go a long way. Gwyn is
confined at Philippine Children's Medical Center since March 27, 2017 for her
continuous chemotherapy sessions. Please help our little Buday win this battle.
With your help and God’s healing power, we claim that our #GreatGwynWillWin.
