Over-The-Rainbow is the mental wellness initiative from WholeTree Foundation, the not-for-profit family foundation of Yen-Lu & Yee Ling Chow, founded in loving memory of their dear son and only child Lawrance Chow who ended his own life at the age of 26 after suffering for many years from manic depression.
We are a one-stop hub for youth mental wellness. Our mission: 1) To propel youth mental wellness to the top of life’s priorities; 2) Provide information, assistance, and support to youth with mood disorders, and their caregivers; 3) Shatter the taboos surrounding mental disorders and promote social awareness; 4) Create a community based on the universal and timeless wisdom of love, compassion, truth, beauty, harmony, joy generosity, and service.

Our main initiative is in creating the Circle-of-Care. The Circle-of-Care has the self at the center, supported by family, friends, community, healthcare professionals, and wellness experts. Each individual is the key to his/her own health and wellbeing. We wish to empower the individual with self-help and self-healing strategies and tools while providing the necessary care and support resources to help him/her overcome life's rough patches.

Mental wellness is not just the absence of mental illness, but the attainment of happiness and wellbeing. Our mission is to transform mental wellness for the 21st century. We envision a world where mental illness is no longer stigmatised, and mental wellness is a top priority - where every young person is given the opportunity to fulfil their life potential thru the journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation.
